Responsible for overall development and activities in oil palm plantation estate from nursery to maturity stageEnsure infrastructure and supporting units are prepared and available to facilitate cost efficient operationsCoordinate with all related departments and field assistants Demonstrate maturity and care in handling harmonious relationship with local communities and authority
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Agricultural ScienceAt least 10 years’ experience in managerial positionExperience in planning, organizing, and implementing activities from land clearing mineral/peat soil, nursery, to planting and harvestingControl balanced production cost and report performance skillsCommand leadership and ability in implementing field operations, manpower planning, budgeting, recruitment, training, and etcWilling to be positioned in the estateProficient in computer skills such as Microsoft OfficeFluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia
